Classes Classes are taught in traditional Iyengar style yoga as taught and practiced by BKS Iyengar. Students are welcome to join the class at any time as the classes are ongoing except where specified as beginner courses. The classes are structured to enable all students to progress at their own level. It is important to advise your teacher before class if you have any significant health problems, are pregnant, or are menstruating so that alternative poses can be suggested. |
